Inspiring
There's not a whole lot in this book I didn't already know but the book is really helping to inspire me to do more to get into shape.

Not Rick Steves
This brief book lacks maps and photos. Not but but appears to be written rather amateurishly. If you're accustomed to travel authors like Rick Steves, this book will be a bit of a disappointment. I'll keep looking for something better.

Necessary after radiation
For those of us who've had radiation that destroyed our salivary glands, a dry-mouth toothpaste is a necessity. Biotene is the best I've found....others can burn. I find Biotene a bit expensive but it is more affordable that competitors.
