3v or 5v TTL to USB
This converter worked best of 3 different types I ordered. Easy to set up and use.

i5-4570 upgrade
Used this to upgrade an older Socket 1150 - Intel B85 - GA-B85M-D3H (rev.1.0/1.1) motherboard from a dual core i3. The performance/price points were good, and the client can easily get a couple more years of decent performance from the system.

Excellent upgrade choice to "Cheap" Quad.
This is a good mATX motherboard for upgrade. It has support for Core2 Quad processors FSB 1066 and 1333. Processor should have a TDP of 95W or less, or you are likely to experience problems. Other than that, highly recommended for a "cheap" Quad. Only has 2 x DDR2 slots. Max memory is 4Gb. Not very suitable for gaming.
