Wash it by hand!
Magimix motors are great and will last forever. Not so the transparent plastic bowls and lids. They warn you not to put them in the dishwasher, which I've been doing on the higher drawer where I thought the drying heat would be not so hot. They are very expensive to replace. This is not my first expensive replacement.
I don't mind doing some handwashing of certain kitchen aids, but I wish I would be able to put this in the dishwasher.
One thing in its favour: I had a different, cheaper brand of food processor once and it made my food taste of plastic. At least the Magimix does not contaminate.

It works. It's noisy.
1 of 1 found this helpful It works. You need a very cold freezer to freeze the container (-17degC). It's noisy in operation, plastic gears probably. I don't know how long it's going to last. Another product from this maker wasn't very good (4 slice toaster). But it works: i have two of them so I can make bigger quantities.
