    We offer free return shipping and full refund if item shipped was not in brand new condition. However if 3rd party shipping forwarding service is arranged by buyer, item can be missing and damaged while being forward shipped to buyer. Buyer is advised to contact its shipping forwarding service first. eBay offers international shipping service which offers buyer protection for overseas buyers.
