Yes! Natalie Putter
When searching for a new putter, I had formulated a game plan I wanted to implement in my purchase. The primary concern was finding a putter that suited my back and through stroke. The heel shafted putters I'd been putting with were working alright, but they are more suited for a swinging gate type stroke. After consulting my instructor about finding a new putter that was more suitable to my game, and that would lower my putts per round, he suggested that I try a center shafted mallet type putter. So I went to my favorite local retailer and tried a plethora of models. I was already satisfied with the gains I was experiencing with the center shafted models, so I wanted to zero in on a model that I liked the profile on. I narrowed it down to two, and decided to try my luck on eBay finding one of the two models. Those were the Rife 2-Bar (second choice) and the Yes! Natalie(my first choice). These two models were my top choices because of the anti-skid technology used (the Rife having the roll-grooves and the Yes! having the C-Grooves). The only thing I would have to do is to have a double bend shaft installed, as that was more comfortable than the direct into the head straight shafts. I found a Natalie on here that already had the standard length double bend shaft, and I set my limit on what I would be willing to pay. I actually scored the putter cheaper than my set limit. I have had this putter for a month. I have put in substantial time at the putting green as well as playing a substantial number of rounds. Before switching from the previous putters I'd owned I was averaging between 32-38 putts per round. The very first round I played with the Natalie, I one putted 8 greens. I was instantly sold on the putter and the technology. I have lowered my average putts per round to between 24-29 putts per round. And I have one putted more greens since switching than I had ever done in the past. I did switch the grip on the putter, as I am more comfortable with a smooth rubber grip than the faux leather pebbled grip that comes standard on Yes! models. I am very pleased with this product and am looking to purchase a second as a back up in case the model is ever discontinued. Since purchasing the putter I am making more putts and leaving lags closer than ever before. It's a true testament to the company that their product works this well for me, and is bought at a far cheaper price than the other putters I've owned, including the 9 Scotties I have in my collection. Unless they come out with an even better model, I don't think I'll ever use another putter on any green unless it bears the Yes! nameplate. Great product from a great new company.
