Check your batteries!!
So i bought two of these units. One to be permanently fixed to my bicycle seatpost where it would be least affected by sun, wind, etc.. Other one i would carry on my other activities such as snowboarding and skiing.
I opened one and paired with my Fenix 5X. Worked on the first try. Good. Second unit i paired, no dice. Thinking maybe it's the battery, i swapped out the battery from the working one and replaced it to the dead one. Still nothing.
Almost returned it but decided i needed extra batteries for my other garmin accessories so i went and bought some fresh ones. Long story short, both works. Needless to say, i replaced both units.

handy product to have, wish the hole for the lanyard was bigger than a needle point. i use it for diving and it's going to be challenging to attach a
line to it.

Good value for the money
1 of 1 found this helpful Convenient to use, can't beat it for the money. Make sure the rubber gasket piece does not roll off as sometimes it has a tendency to do that
