A must have for those who may have bpd or a family member.
This is one of the premier books on understanding borderline personality disorder. The book helps you understand all the conditions a person may have with this disorder. A must for those who are suffering with this or are a family member wanting to know how to respond.

This book shows all the different types of parents there are from controlling, manipulative, alcoholic, verbally abusivem those that beat their children, and others who molest (fathers & mothers). It describes how the family structure works, helps you get in touch with your feelings, and then shows an exact path to follow to heal. The second part of the book gives you step by step directions on how to have a normal or most normal with the people who have hurt you in life. The information in this book is worth $10,000!
