the keyboard works fine, although getting it set up was a headache. My problem is this: I upgraded to an ipad 10 specifically for use with Zoom (for the center camera). When I open the case, the angle of the ipad is good, but after a few minutes, the ipad starts to sag and sit flatter, so people can't see my mouth and chin anymore. If I try to prop up the ipad, the keyboard shuts off. It's a design flaw in the product.
