    Good workout that is doable for everyone.
    I am 70 years old and have done many of the Classical Stretch workouts. They are not hard on your joints and will help stretch your muscles while strengthening them. I would recommend these workouts to everyone.

    South Beach Diet
    I had high chloresterol and decided it was finally time to eat healthier. I really liked this book because it is more common sense and health than fad diet. I have lost weight many times before but then gained back more than I lost. This time, I decided to change what I eat forever for health instead of weight. I eat good carbs and proteins, low fat, and no sugar(except fruit) or white flour. I eat as much as I want whenever I want and have lost 27 pounds in 4 months painlessly.
