Buyer beware this seller sells photos of empty boxes, pretending they have the items in them, bad seller do not use. Sold me item described as Fleischmann 9135 track curves and sent empty box with old wire in it making it out to be the real thing. See attached picture.

Eezi-Lap Oscillating Valve Grinding / Lapper by GUNSON LSR6
25 June 2018
Getting the best from the Eezi-Lap Oscillating Gunson LSR9 Lapper
Mechanically this product appears to be good quality, have only used it to lap 16 new valves in, so long term reliability is not known, however it feels right.
Being of an age when my experience of lapping valves in goes back to the late 1950's and motorbike's, have the advantage of knowing how it should be done and how it feels when you do it right.
With little useful instruction being supplied, the following is what worked for me.
Drill speed, I used the low gear (1000 rpm) and the rotary speed adjuster on its lowest setting and used the trigger switch to run at approx 100 rpm.
The suckers are the restricting factor on using this product, the small sucker was basically useless, the larger one needed the surface of the valve to be completely grease/lapping compound free for it to stick securely.I used surgical spirit to clean the valve face and then let it dry..
Even then the maximum drill speed was only 100 rpm before it slipped.
I recommend the old fashioned approach, oscillate for a few seconds, lift off, rotate 1/4 turn and oscillate again, repeat another three times and check. Repeat if necessary,
This product is worth the money, the suckers let it down, but with practice and patience it produces a good result.
