Great Product - Large Pill
I believe it is a quality company over many many years. My Chiropractor recommends it. I've been taking Bone Builder Forte for about 15 years. My wife has shown excellent reports recovering from osteopenia.
This particular bottle contains tablets. The tablets are too big for me to swallow twice a day forever. If you have issues with this, get the capsule version.
