Great book with a ton of great recipes and the background to understand why

I'm glad I tracked down a copy of this book. It has so many recipes for things I've eaten but never knew what that one flavor was or why previous attempts by me to make it failed. I have most of her books and this one has a lot of updated recipes with full color pictures. If I only had one Chinese cookbook it would be this one!
