Wonderful smart phone....just get 64gig you'll need the space
1 of 1 found this helpful Ok where do I start lol....I've been a iPhone user from iPhone 3G to iPhone 4S then I changed to the dark side lmao......Samsung galaxy S3...mostly because of the larger screen size and to try something different.... finally onto HTC one.....the long story short HTC one IMHO is the complete package....build quality...ease of use...features just wonderful smartphone only the battery life is a slight let down....but with most smartphones these days if your a heavy user you'll have to top up a charge in the car or ac power during the day another thing is there's no SD card slot to expand the onboard storage memory (so make sure you get the 64gig HTC one)...but hey no phones perfect and it's positives far outweigh the negatives....
Now I'm a huge music lover and have over 2500 tracks on my HTC one that were originally on my iPhones and have been transferred from pc iTunes to the HTC one ...the reason I moved over from the Samsung GS3 was the headphone jack volume on transferred tracks was a much lower level then the iPhones I was use to and I wasn't happy so even though the Samsung GS3 had a wonderful screen and you could remove the battery if needed its audio quality was terrible with transferred content... I will say possibly it's the transferring software HTCs is implemented better .....HTC one sound quality matches that of the iPhones through the headphone jacks and kills the iPhones and Samsung GS3 through the stereo speakers built into the phone...stereo speakers on the front of a smartphone seems logical but few phones have that.. Audio tracks transferred had only one negative ...lossless files didn't transfer from iTunes to the HTC one as they weren't compatible but high quality 320kbps tracks sound almost as good through my PSB M4U2 headphones and these ain't ordinary crap headphones or earbuds....
HTC one has another amazing thing....it's screen....wow...fantastic super clear pixels natural colours that pop but don't look artificial....a great feature I found was web browsing reading text Zooming the page automatically resizes the text to fill the whole screen with the whole passage of the sentence....wonderful for reading.
Overall if you want a bigger screen smartphone with build quality almost like a iPhone the HTC one is a no brainer....granted its software is android so you'll have to get use to the differences of the operating system if coming from iPhone but it's worth the change and I'm super happy
