This was the first refund request I turned down, because there is some level of ridiculousness I won't take responsibility for. I'm really sorry but if the player was looking at a professional Yamaha, he should not expect a Stradivarius. He should know Yamaha. Anyway I have a hard time saying no, but I felt taken advantage of and I stood my ground for me and my store. I should do it more often.

Like new!
I installed the part a week ago. This part is actually an upgrade over the original part. And it performs superbly.
