For photos excellent for video I preffer MFT.
Only f4 and sadly f2.8 is without OSS. I ve upgrade this from 2005 Sigma 24-70/ 2.8 and shot quality improvement was huge (much more contrast and punch) but night performance was on my old A7II camera unfortunately and not in surprise worse (but it can be fine - in many cases - on A7III)..

Awesome.
Pros: 422/10 + 4K/60. Unbelievable Dual IS. Great price, compact, great lenses (very parfocal like and half size of FF).
While no Focus magnification while recording, when using monitor its output is much better then A7III and can be use with GH5´s LCD (A7IIIseries LCD gets off when monitor is plugged).
Cons: No AF above 60fps (NTFS/ UHD, or 50 fps in cinematic 24fps true4k) and and no HLG and 10 bit above 60fps/ HD. (So 60/4k is only 8 bit (or 10bit/ HD) unless u r using Atomos Inferno, than you have 422/10, 4K/60)
Missing sensor Backlight Illumination.. but it is awesome for night specially with speedboster or 1.7 primes and its usable DoF for night Manual focusing.
For video is definetly wiser choice.

Skywatcher polar illuminator
Absolute must, not only that it helps to see marks in polar finder, but u usually want to first just watch thru hole and make basic aligning and here its damn big help. I found it so great that polar finder and polarscope are separated.
It is good practice aligning in Darksky when sky is dark-blue, so you see only few stars in polarfinder, if you for some reason come later, it is almost impossible to align without illuminator.
PS: Good quality means that it is not bad q.
