Even better than the Nikon D800!
I’ve had a Nikon D800 for a considerable amount of time and didn’t think moving up to the D810 would be much difference, but it is. I’m not a professional photographer, I just like to take good pictures. This camera will definitely be a big help in that endeavor! I know people who make a living with photography have to always stay ahead of the game, having the latest and the greatest to keep up with the competition. For me I just enjoy the art of photography and the ability to freeze a moment in time. The D800 has served me well and will continue to be my back up camera. But the Nikon D810 adds a few extra perks that will help improve my photographs. If you’re just getting in to photography and your budget allows the D8 10, it’s definitely worth it!

Very sharp prime lens!
I have the Nikon 70 to 200 which is a highly rated lens. But I prefer using prime lenses because of the reduced amount of glasses. It was a little harder to use the prime lands because of the obvious restrictions. It is worth it though because of the sharpness of the images, and 180mm is it excellent lens! A terrific value for the money!
