  Packaging and service from seller fine but the delivery let the whole thing down as I wanted the shoe for my Goddaughter for her engagement present and the date of arrival should have been perfect but the delivery company were 3 days late even though they had it from the seller on time. The seller's response was lovely , couldn't get through to delivery company even though I tried!!!!! Not happy.
