Brighter front sight post!
I installed this on a JTS AK12 Shotgun I wanted a hi-vis post for Turkey hunting. It has the same front post as AK's and SKS's. Use caution, I did have to use some oil on the steel factory post to remove it. Sometimes when these guns were sent for bluing the posts were already installed. The bluing will act like lock tight and you will break the key/tool. The post should screw right out with SOME resistance due to the split/ "Y" design of the factory steel sight. Replacement was simple and now I can change posts with ease.
WARNING - You may not be able to reinstall the factory sight post due to the "spring" design.
Not a big problem if you don't like the color choices just use the black one included!
