not my favorite vegan recipe book, but you may find some you like :)
not the type of book i will really use. i will look for one w/simpler ingredients. maybe someone who is already vegan may get different ideas...didnt enjoy it like i thought i would, but that doesnt mean you wont. we all have our different tastes and likes, this just wasnt mine.
would be nice to have a pic or two, i think that really helps in recipe books...

Love the book, enjoying the exercise routines
i like this book. my sister told me about it. it really makes sense. different people (swimmers/dancers/weightlifters) are known for different types of bodies...maybe because of the exercises they regularly perform. his recommended exercises use things you can use/have at home. recumbant bike/or treadmill, light bar & jump rope. Focuses on being consistent more than logging long exercise days.
ive enjoyed it and have been doing the routines even living in a 5th wheel trailer!
