Motorola XPR7350 VHF - just right for ARES LAX
This is the perfect radio for VHF EMCOMM if you need 32 or less channels. With ARES Los Angeles, we use mainly VHF. There are zero VHF DMR repeaters in LA, so I was unable to test DMR. But the radio works great in analog.

OEM Motorola PMLN6369B Front Housing For SL7550 Radio
I have a Motorola SL7550 DMR radio I purchased used last year. The keypad was so worn in places that light could be seen coming through the worn spots, and the screen has several scratches on it. So I ordered this OEM part. I have to say, it was really tough removing the boards and not breaking anything (especially the very tiny ribbon cable and connectors), but I am fairly technically inclined, and was able to do the job in about 30 minutes. My SL7550 looks like a brand-new radio now, and works as it should.
