Despite being packed carefully, this gorgeous lampshade was destroyed by Fedex during shipment. The box was horribly crushed on arrival and the lampshade was literally flattened into a broken oval shell of its former self. Very disappointing but unfortunately these things can happen as boxes get thrown around and buried in transit. I sent photos and the seller was very responsive and gave a full refund. Also the seller was very helpful in delaying the shipment for me. Thank you.
