OEM and in good condition. Replaced lost center cap on my '03 Windstar.

Simply a paperweight
The board was DOA. It apparently fell prey to the botched Western Digital failed firmware update, also. Typical Western Digital to not admit their own problems. I will never be using Western Digital consumer products again!
