Waste of money!
Comes in a lovely plastic box...but that’s the only good thing about it! I found it very difficult to use. Nearly impossible to thread...in fact if you use the narrowest needle the metal threader doesn’t fit through so it is impossible to use this size! Even with the thicker needles it was difficult to use and just made holes in the fabric as the thread just pulls out. There is definitely a technique and a skill level which I don’t have!
It is , in my opinion NOT an embroidery tool but a punch needle...two completely different things, and I think therefore requires different fabric. None of this is obvious when purchasing.
It wasn’t too expensive and did arrive quickly, but as I can’t use it it was a waste of money. I DON’T recommend!

Great product
Easy to use. Can pour out excess water part way through without having to remove the lid. Great idea! Jug can be used separately for measuring.
