Never knew about this
1 of 1 found this helpful I have never bought a brand new strat before and so I never knew these things existed. They must have always been lost before I got the guitar. I have always used plumber tape to secure the whammy bar. This thing works great and you get so many for just a few bucks, you can share them with your friends.

Good quality but a little pricy
This fit my 1980's Gibson Les Paul perfectly. It arrived in pristine condition. It was a little too shiny for me, so I dulled it with a nylon scrubbing pad. I also filled in the letters stamped in it with a black crayon so they stand out better. Very nice quality chrome. Wish it was more in the $5 range, but overall I am satisfied.

I don't want to use batteries!
3 of 3 found this helpful Hard to believe that some electronic devices are still being built that don't have a AC Adapter port if you don't want to use batteries. This works! I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn off my device and accidentally draining my battery anymore. No more weak batteries either. This adapter did the trick. All I did was drill a small hole in the plastic battery compartment door to allow the wire to pass through without it interfering with the door closing.
