Not without issues
My kit arrived, and I have found three issues with using it:
1) The adapter is larger in diameter than the original lens opening, rendering the original lens cap useless. Had the description pointed this out clearly I would have ordered the kit which included a larger lens cap.
2) At the widest angle, when using a filter and the lens shade, there is some clipping of the corners of the image no matter how you orient the projections on the shade. The next larger diameter filters and shade should be suggested for the S9900W. Perhaps this would not be a problem without a filter, but I always keep a UV filter on my cameras to protect the lens.
3) There are no instructions for attaching the adapter, but it is pretty obvious -- with one exception. Carefully clean the mounting surface on the end of the lens with isopropyl alcohol to remove any contamination or the adapter may not stick securely. Fortunately the kit includes 2 extra adhesive rings should you forget to do this (as I did).

Smooth Operator
This disposal starts up with quite a kick (lots of torque when you turn it on)! It is well-balanced because it runs very smoothly and quietly.

Works great once you've conquered the difficult-to-install blade
1 of 2 found this helpful I selected the Husqvarna 445 because my previous chainsaw, a Sears model, failed after about 30 hours of use over a couple of years. I have about 4 hours running time on my new saw to date. It starts and runs without any difficulty.
The only issue I've encountered involved installing and tensioning the blade. The process is clumsy due to a poorly designed cover. Also, the instructions for determining the correct blade direction are poorly written.
The low rating is due to an assembly error on the first Husqvarna I received. The nut holding the flywheel was loose, resulting in destruction of the flywheel during the first minute of operation. The frustration with this issue was compounded by an extremely slow response from the e-bay dealer.
