If you cannot say no to people you will find the book Boundaries helpful in learning to say no.
I read this book years ago. I found it so helpful that I bought it for a friend. I’ve known several groups that have studied this book.

I buy this calendar every year!
Great calendar for dog lovers. Cute pictures that people have submitted, but all are quality pics. I use the backs of each page for notes at my desk, so it serves double duty.
