Not for a baby and does not fit toilet well
The opening is way too big. There is no way a baby could sit on this seat without falling right through it and into the toilet bowl. The opening is nearly the same size as a regular toilet seat. Since there is a large opening it does not fit my toilet securely. The step has to go on the bottom level otherwise it interferes and hits the front of the toilet bowl.
