Good communication initially, but after I asked for the power supply to be sent, the seller never sent it & then stopped answering my messages. I had to get help from eBay & then the seller sent a partial refund because they couldn't locate the power supply. Overall, I'm happy with the item & it was a good value. I just wish that the one problem had been easier to resolve. All's well that ends well. Seller grade: B-
