Good except for the cheap power adaptor

The "Yes" "No" buttons above don't really allow for a proper summary. The drive itself is good quality, I cannot fault it, it works great. However the power adaptor is not good quality. I have 2 of these drives now, my first one came with a power adaptor made in Cambodia which is good quality and no issues. However, the adaptor that came with this one is cheap made in China garbage, comes with a slip-on adaptor that goes over the 2 prongs so it'll fit Australian plugs. It will not stay in the power outlet plug when the outlet is vertical mounted, like on a wall or vertical mounted powerboard. It keeps disconnecting the drive from the computer because of loss of power. The only way to use it so it works correctly is have the plug/powerboard it goes into horizontal. Probably a cost cutting excercise by WD I guess, as a lot of these companies seem to do, but all they've done is made the total product worse for consumers by swapping to this cheap power adaptor. Would I purchase again? No, not if it comes with the same adaptor I received with this one.

Works ok on metal but doesn't seem to work on aluminium.

Poor quality, probly ok for lighter vehicles but not for vehicles rated 2 ton or over as it perfoms poorly with such...

This jack would struggle to lift 3 ton and I very much doubt it's SWL is actually 3 ton as advertised, it can barely handle one end of an empty Toyota Land Cruiser trayback, which has a curb weight of around 2 ton. I have another brand 2.5 ton SWL trolley jack and it lifts either end of the cruiser easily. The release function is very poor, unless something like a pair of multigrips or stilson's is used to grip the handle to enable slow releasing it crashes down fast as the pressure needed to release it is more than can be controlled by hand. Not impressed.
