Good workout

I bought this DVD as I am new to Kettlebell and I did not want to spend a lot on an expensive DVD if I did not like the workouts. Anyway, the workouts on this DVD are great, each lasts 10 minutes and you definitely feel the benefit of it. The Instructor is good but the only downside is that she uses dumb bells and not kettbells - why? She tells you in the leadup to each exercise that if you are using kettlebells to hold them by the base or handle, whichever the exercise calls for but she does not show the correct way to hold them and for a beginner like myself that bit of information would have been very valuable. All in all, however, the DVD is worth trying.

love it !

Great little gadget and has not been put to the back of the cupboard! Makes great omelettes and is brilliant for fried eggs. Omelettes done in around 6-8 minutes depending on what is in them and a soft fried egg in around a minute (depending on how you like it). Its very easy to clean and doesn't take up a lot of room. Definitely recommend it.
