Good looking hood ornament
This FORD hood emblem is highly polished chrome and is spring loaded like OEM ornaments are. I purchased it because of the "no drill" mounting and it seems quite secure and looks good on my 1995 Crown Victoria. I added a couple more short strips of 3M tape to the bottom center when mounting because there is a shallow low area on the bottom center of the base and I wanted to make sure of positive adhesion. My only criticism is that the back side of the FORD script should be polished smooth as the front.

It actually works
One of my vehicles has a small but persistent leak..... too difficult to find and expensive to repair properly. I've tried a few other products that were less than effective and my experience is that NO product completely and permanently repairs AC leaks but this product DOES seal well enough to keep the system working well for a decent length of time (2 to 5 weeks) and when I notice it's not cold enough I merely take a few minutes and add another can. It's a temporary fix that's quick and easy and far less costly than the alternative
