  My item arrived in good condition, as described, but I was disappointed with the delayed dispatch and lack of communication. The seller waited two weeks before dropping the item off at a Sendle hub and did not respond to my query about the delay. The package sat at the Sendle hub for a week before finally beginning its journey. I am happy with the item but not with the service.
