Pretty easy install
Wasn’t to hard to install on the pedestal, drilled out the old rivet and put a little Vaseline on the pedestal lined it up and slid it on and installed it the new rivet. Piece of cake.

Great fryer and cooks fast.
I really don’t have any negatives, it’s an awesome fryer and it’s fast. There are a few tricks to make it work at it’s best. Don’t fill the oil to the top of the pan. Recommend about 11/2 inches from the top. You still have plenty of oil for fryin. We use peanut oil. Get the wind skirt for it. It works without one but the heat seems to be more contained and keeps the oil at a constant temperature. They should include the skirt with the fryin saucer and don’t extend the legs if you use the skirt. It fits perfectly when you fold out legs, sits close to the ground so wind can’t blow through it. Get one you won’t regret it. We luv ours.

Pretty good for the money.
For the money they worked pretty well. I use them for mowing grass. I bought 2 of them.
