Do Not Buy - YET

The entire first press of this DVD were defective, as you can learn from going to mule.net and scrolling down to read the news. I just got an email on 02-06-08 stating that "Thanks for your patience while we fix the technical issues on The Tail of Two Cities DVD. As you know, we pride ourselves on the quality of our releases and we are doing everything, as fast as we can, to get new product to you. The technical issues were more serious than we originally thought but we are getting ready to re-press and should have new product to you within the next 3 weeks." Anything people are selling now is defective, and you will have to hassle with trying to return it. SO WAIT A FEW WEEKS. I ONLY RATE THIS AS POOR BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM. I'm sure that it is really excellent. UPDATE: EMAIL RECIEVED MARCH 20th, 2008: TAIL OF TWO CITIES DVD UPDATE We have been spending the last few weeks working through a few more unexpected delays. We are pleased to inform you that the masters are ready for re-pressing. They are going through a series of tests and viewings by multiple parties to ensure that no more unexpected problems arise. You will have your discs within the next few weeks. We apologize again for the delay, and all parties involved are frustrated with the process and looking forward to getting this back out in your hands, and in the stores. We sincerely thank you for your patience.
