Solar bird bath w/plant holder
I am extremely pleased with this item. It was so easy to assemble that anyone with reading abilities can follow the easy step by step instructions to assemble. I trust the solar panels will hold up under the weather but for the price it was a great bargain. Just assembled mine in less than 5 minutes :-)

Can Be Done AT Home, Costly & much self discipline
16 of 16 found this helpful The book is well written as are most of K.T., However as with any weight loss program it requires self discipline. Most people want an "easy fix" . It is all about re setting the hypothalamus, which is totally out of whack in most people due to additives, chemicals, preservatives in the way American food is allowed to be manufactured & processed. The government is not looking to protect you (FDA) they are looking to keep America FAT & SICK. The injections (made up of different proteins) are able to be aquired & taken at home (contrary to some belief) A full physical & blood work is required before a Dr. will prescribed the injections. I wanted to purchase the book to see what the procedure was all about. It is spelled out in the book. My sis in law did it. lost 32 lbs in 30 days. It works if you FOLLOW the plan. Requires MUCH self control & is expensive. Not all can afford it, nor will discipline themselves.
