Error in a recipe in Cookbook
The recipes are wonderful and very tasty but some have misprints that can ruin the entire dish . For instance, the recipe for homemade brownies instructions calls for cooking at 450 in my copy. I knew that it was a high temperature, but thought it may be something special for this lady’s brownies. It wasn’t and they were inedible and had to be tossed!! A look of money in those brownies not to mention the work.
I called St. Michael’s Church and left a message; however , no one ever responded.
I might try it also using 350!!
I still love my cookbook and bought several more to give away , but will note about the temperature for cooking the brownies for sure.
