Lightweight and a pleasure to use
Very arty and a pleasure to use. Quite lightweight but good quality. Will hand wash though as heard that handles may crack after years of Dishwasher use.

Too flexible so doesn't provide confidence in the product
Product is well made but the 5m model is very heavy and doesn't provide one with any level of confidence once extended as flexes considerably and feels very unsafe. Shorter models are probably okay but I feel once you go past 4.5m this is not an ideal choice if you want to feel confident and safe being up at that height.
