all new sound
2 of 2 found this helpful how refreshing this album is; for some reason I was waiting to hear the Bee Gees (as they are my all time favorite group), and instead I heard a cross between contemporary, reggae, and even some country in this work of Barry's. In The Now is the perfection of his work throughout his singing legend. I loved hearing the falsetto that is his signature but he also used his lower register which is something new. I loved the way he used his own voice for harmonizing, it brought back memories of his brothers standing next to him, of whom I miss dearly. This album should be album of the year in my thinking. Well done and welcome back Barry Gibb. You did yourself proud and I love you.
