Great Pro Unit
We use Very heavy CCTV 15mp outdoor IP67 cameras as part of visual recognition
These tripod s work great and are super stable

No Compatible except for Netgear
Tried it with Juniper Switches
Tried it With Hp Procurve 6600 24g
Tried it with a range of Cisco SFP+ 10gb switchs
Tried it with Intel x520 + x540 Chipset NICs
Tried it with Qlogic Chipset NICS
All combinations of them failed to produce a link including config changes on both NICS & Switches such as hardware flow control.
We spent over a period of 5 days trying to make these work for other brands and hand no success
