The Nebula Vega Portable: A fantastic portable projector!
This projector is wonderful so far! The high definition picture is amazing! I wish the projected image could be brighter, but I knew it wouldn’t be the brightest when I bought it due to its size and battery limitation. Not necessarily a complaint—just a wish, haha. You won’t be able to see the projected image very well if there is a lot of ambient light in the room, but the picture looks fantastic in dimmer lighting. I’ve never had a device that runs on an android OS (I’m a self-righteous Apple snob), but the user interface is impressive—it’s attractive, simple, clean and is easily navigable and customizable. Am able to have almost all of my streaming services on the projector via native Android TV 9.0 apps: AppleTV, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video and Vid Angel. Noticeably absent is Netflix. It would be nice to have a native Netflix app on the projector but I understand it’s not Anker’s fault and the side-load workaround using the Nebula Manager app on the projector and the Nebula Connect app on my iPhone works just fine and allows me to stream Netflix to the projector. The sound is loud enough during my testing inside my house, but don’t expect to be blown away. I am very impressed with this little Nebula projector!
