What can I say
Installed it in my laptop and it worked. No problems whatsoever. Worked like a charm.

Roomba Sage
32 of 34 found this helpful I am always amazed when I read reviews by individuals who find the Roomba of little value or describe it as a toy. I agree these units where never meant to do away with your regular large vacuum but they will drastically reduce the number of time you need to use it. We use our Roomba three times a week and empty it each time we use it. It does both wood floors and short to medium pile carpet. We have two dogs and it works great getting up their hair. We use our regular vacuum about once every four weeks or so for that deep clean or occasions spills, but we noticed that each time there is less and less dirt for the large vacuum to pick up. Some people miss the point, it really doesn’t matter how long it takes if you are not pushing it yourself. Besides if you schedule it to go on while you’re sleeping, at work, or out shopping who cares how long it takes. As for missing areas, the one thing I have found that it has trouble with is cleaning the extreme corners of a room. To tell the truth so does our upright vacuum. I believe people think it’s not getting everywhere because they watch it for five or ten minutes and assume it won’t get the whole area because of its seemingly random motion. Look we can vacuum our living room in five to seven minutes, the Roomba take thirty to thirty-five minutes and I know that it will hit all areas of the rug at least three times during that period of time. Most people would not have the patients to sit and watch it for a full thirty minutes so I guess they just don’t think it will work well. When we first got it I tested it by sprinkling several hundred paper circles from a whole punch around the room, when it was done there where a half dozen that it didn’t get and they were in the corners. The Roomba will clean our living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and one-bedroom on a single charge. The other bedrooms are used for storage and a computer room so we don’t let Roomba clean those rooms. Now comes the unexpected advantages we have discovered using the Roomba. My wife has mild asthma and she has had a noticeable reduction in attacks that we assume is due to the lower amount of dust particles that would normally be stirred up from the rugs. We have also seen a good reduction in dust that normally accumulates on the table tops and furniture so I guess that running the Roomba every other day is the cause of the reduction. Before we got it we never ran the vacuum every other day, it was more like one very seven days. As for noise I guess it must depend on the model, ours is much quieter than a normal vacuum, we have the Roomba Sage model, in fact we can run it and watch TV. Ok now for some downside issues, you must make your rooms Roomba friendly, that is make sure wiring is not laid out where Roomba can run over it, you may have to move some things to strategic spots to block Roomba from getting stuck, and finally Roomba does not handle tassels on throw rugs or oriental rugs. We usually pick up the throw rugs and fold the Oriental’s tassels under.
