The price was the best I could find anywhere. It fit perfectly and my machine was quickly back up to making ice. Joe communicated the status and ship date of the item shortly after ordering. There was a USPS delay in delivery (not Joe’s fault) - he reached out to the Postal Service to remedy as soon as possible.
