Works well but vibrates a bit.
I have one of these units on my house as well as one on my pole barn. Both are #53849. They both seem to work well, the only complaint I have is that the units tend to vibrate a bit while running. So even though the unit is on the roof of my house, I can hear the faint noise of the fan due to the vibrations it transmits into the house. It's really only a faint sound and is really not objectionable but I tend to be a bit picky about things like this. I would think they could do a better job to improve the balance of the fan to reduce the vibrations.

So far no issues
Seems like a quality part. Has only been on the vehicle for about a month but have had no concerns as of yet.
