Nice body BUT..
This body once you have lovingly painted it and applied all your decals and finishing touches WILL HAVE TO BE HACKED UP to make it fit onto a slash 2wd. ALSO YOU NEED 2 SETS (YES 2 SETS) OF THE EXPENSIVE EXTENDED BODY MOUNTS as you need two sets of the long posts both in the front and back. It looks nice but wow what a cost all up, and cutting into the nicely chromed bumpers i had painted to fit it nicely. Its almost a scam from proline

Yes it is fast. Too fast?
I am still getting used to it esp the long board and the board is looonnng. I dont have massive feet just average size 10 so i now need to be aware where my foot is in relation to the hinge. The silicone rubber beater is the best sounding of any ive used. I have the beater head set on an angle to avoid flat slap and get a real solid warm thud. Fast ?... well it sure is. I have played a little with adjustments and still find it too fast sometimes I want to do a quick double and end up doing a tripple. I cant seem to do slower doubles easy anymore they come out faster than i intended. Once I really get used to this pedal I can imagine it being incredible. For easy and controlled quick doubles triples with feel and sensitivity. The hardware quality and unmovable strength of hold with moderate tightness on adjustment screws is impressive. Im modifying mine to strap drive (gibraltar kevlar rubber belt) and can only imagine it being even better. It scares me a little as it is already so responsive and light feeling my kick foot may just float off on its own.

Great Sound, nice size to carry to a jam.
Great sounding amplifier, really great. It is my favourite out of four amps Ive owned. lovely clean chime when strumming softly and breaks up into a nice saturation as you hit strings harder when you dial in a sweet spot (usually volume on amp at full, guitar volume turned down just until the distortion clears up when playing softly), great for small jams and can get loud on 4 watts, enough to jam with a drum kit as long as drummer can control dynamics when playing. Sounds great when speaker out is plugged into a 4x12 quad box (eg marshall jcm800 quad cabinet)and is actually a little louder than the built in speaker also with a bit more clean volume. Built in speaker 10inch sounds excellent anyway. Cheap for such a nice sounding vox tube amp. this is my favourite amp and it has also been my cheapest, go figure?
