Then when item was shipped the sent wrong item. I bought a game name yakuza dead souls instead they sent another game dead island. Tried to give seller chances to right. it will be complete nightmare of an experience. I truly feel it's scam. It was stock photos of item I asked questions to make sure of what I was buying and what i received after excuses, lies was a item I did not order.

Very poor description
Said it was used, sat on a shelf for 10 months and needed refurbished.
In actuality it had broken pieces and parts missing.
