Very good quality flange

Love it.
I purchased this oversized jockey wheel cage for my cyclocross bike to replace the old 105 set up. I purchased a I think it's the 8000 series Ultegra derailleur so that I could install the KCNC cage, the 105 doesn't come with a bolt to remove the cage on it, it's a one piece set up. I like the fact that the KCNC offers full adjustment so it can either put less or more tension on the chain to assist in better shifting. I've also noticed pedaling is much smoother and shifting is crisp and snappy. Very nice product and works very well with the Ultegra derailleur.
