The
3.7 V Lithium Battery Mini USB To USB Power Apply Module 5V 1A Charge Module
module works extremely well. I have it hooked up to a li-ion polymer battery from and older cell phone and am using it to power an Arduino mega with a TFT LCD screen, ESP8266, and a few other parts. The board works very well, charges correctly, and I haven't run into any issues with the module allow the Arduino to drain the battery to low (as to keep it from charging).
Great little product. Just what we needed and the price is awesome.

Works ok, but the measure transmission is no where near 1W. I only see about 500mw with my meter.

However, at 1/2w the unit does work well and without issue.

Works but missing DTR pin :(
1 of 1 found this helpful These programmers are missing the DTR pin that auto resets the arduino when you program it. Without it you have to press the reset switch on the arduino just after the code compiles to get a successful upload. I added a DTR connection straight off the corner of the CP2102 and it worked just fine.
