Maybe an Isolated event. Wish the retailer sets these up before shipping.

It had a bad Nut which made the second string BUZZ real bad. The package included a tuner that did not work. After changing the battery, it still did not work. It also included a cleaning cloth that was covered in packing material making it useless. Was supposed to have 2 Felt Picks. No big deal but a real bummer when you wait over a week because of holidays I assume. This company is normally a Very Good value. Thinking this may not be a common issue with the Ukulele but the tuner was an el cheap-o ! Or, seemed to be. Maybe not but mine was useless.
