Good product

Good reasonably priced Software.
I've been using Total Protection for several years and have not had any particular problems. The install process is a bit slow, and can leave you wondering if its actually doing anything. But all in all, its a perfectly good product. I like the multi-device capability.

Good photo quality, simple controls.
1 of 1 found this helpful Software installation was straightforward and intuitive with USB connection but I found the direct WiFi mode - which I need - quite hard to get working. The available documentation about this mode isn't very good. However, I've got it working now and I'm pleased with the print quality. I haven't needed to buy more ink yet: it looks very expensive, but we'll see.
