  Not about to ruin someone's perfect rating over such a cheap card so I rated Neutral. This was an unprofessional experience all around. Buyer "shipped" card but after weeks still nothing and tracking showed seller still had pkg. Contacted seller and conveniently after all that time the card had just been "returned damaged". He claimed to ship it out again a couple days later and here it is 5 1/2 wks now and NOTHING. Blames it on the post office BOTH times & sends a partial refund. Buyers beware!
